Pronunciation Pro is a speaking and listening course for Pre- intermediate to Advanced students. The course focuses on those areas of English pronunciation that Vietnamese people have problems such as final sounds, word stress, linking words and listening to natural fast speech.

The course introduces you to the basics of writing effective CV, business letters, emails (apology, request, complaint, thank you, follow-up….) as well as short reports to present figures, graphs, tables opinions.
Lessons will include the development of accurate and effective business documents as well as the practice of appropriate tone, etiquette, and style for each different type of business correspondence.

The course provides you with the foundations to deliver an effective presentation in English. You will learn the basic language and techniques to be able to stand in front of an audience and deliver a presentation in English with great amount of self-confidence.

The course gives you the knowledge and practical skills to communicate professionally, effectively and appropriately in the customer service environment. Our trainer will provide you a valuable insight into the cultural differences between Asian and Western customer service demands, requirements and expectations. You will develop your customer service skills and language ability in order to be able to exceed your customers’ expectations.
